a. Once an appointment is made through our online appointment system, an appointment fee may be charged to secure your reservation. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with scheduling and reserving the dental professional’s time for your appointment.

b. Please note that the appointment fee is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances leading to the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment.

a. When you make an appointment through our online system, we collect personal information, including your name, ID number, email address, physical address, phone number, and date of birth (DOB). This information is necessary to schedule appointments, provide dental services, and communicate with you effectively.

b. Rest assured that we handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring its confidentiality and security.

 
Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling:

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with advance notice. This allows us to accommodate other patients and optimize our scheduling.

b. While the appointment fee is non-refundable, if you provide sufficient notice of cancellation or request to reschedule, we may be able to transfer the fee to a future appointment within a reasonable timeframe. This will be subject to availability and solely at our discretion.

 
Failure to Attend an Appointment:

a. If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice or if you arrive too late to receive treatment, the appointment fee will be forfeited.

b. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make your appointment.

 
Refund Exception:

In exceptional cases where we are unable to fulfill the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or if we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services, we will refund the appointment fee in full. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
